Water Damage Leak

A Studio City, CA family called SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale when they condo water heater began leaking and water seeped from an upstairs bathroom into the kitchen ceiling. Our team arrived and upon inspection discovered that the water damage had affected the bathroom, kitchen ceiling and behind the cabinet crown molding. SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale cut out the damaged materials and carefully removed the crown molding, placing fans to begin drying the wet materials. After a few days, we were able to remove our machines, clean and sanitized the affected areas and the family was able to have their contractor come out to finish the job.
