Sink overflow water damage

A homeowner in Burbank, CA called SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale after a member of the family left a sink running in the bathroom and the water spilled throughout the bathroom, and into the hallway and master bedroom. In the bathroom shown, we found the water damaged the tile flooring and walls and a vanity. SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale placed equipment to begin the drying process. Next, we detached both the vanity and toilet and set up containment. SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale then removed the affected tile flooring and wall. Next, we removed the wet plaster walls HEPA vacuumed and detail cleaned the entire area. SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale set up a dehumidifier to continue drying the remaining materials. The homeowner was thrilled when we returned and all materials were dry! The contractor could now complete the repairs.
