Fire Smoke Odor Clean Up

A property manager in Burbank contacted SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale after a tenant reported a small kitchen fire in their unit, while quickly extinguished, caused light smoke and soot damage. The property manager was perplexed as the unit above also complained about a strong lingering smoke odor in their unit as well.
